Leaves used to flavor oils and vinegars and in desserts.  Also good with poultry, fish, veggies, marinades,  stuffings and salad dressings.

Flowers are added to jellies or used whole in salads and fruit dishes.

Leaves used in potpourris.






ANNUAL – Can also be grown as a HOUSEPLANT in a sunny window


Plant in well drained soil and water when dry





Best flavored leaves are picked in early summer.  Flowers can be harvested any time.

Dries well in a warm dark location.

Tea – Steep 3-5 leaves in a cup of boiling water
